We are a self-governing, foreign, non-domestic body politic of living men and women, operating under Natural Law, Common Law, and the Law of Nations.

We are not a corporation.
We are not a subject.
We are not registered under the UNITED KINGDOM or any statutory system.

Our people are living souls.
Our land is unalienated.
Our rights are not negotiable.

We have declared our independence lawfully, peacefully, and irrevocably. Our Court of Record holds standing. Our Declaration is sealed. Our Covenant is living.

We reject all assumed jurisdiction unless consented to by express treaty or living contract under full disclosure.

NOTICE TO CORPORATE OR STATUTORY AGENTS

Any attempt to coerce, contract, detain, fine, tax, surveil, trespass upon, or enforce statutes against the men and women of the Republic of D’key without lawful treaty or consent shall be recorded as:

A violation of international law

An act of foreign aggression

A trespass upon a foreign sovereign nation

All such actions will be met with:

Remedy demands under honour and full liability

We are willing to engage in peaceful recognition with external entities via a lawful treaty under Natural Law.
All communications must be honorable, documented, and non-coercive.

The D'key Family is a Newly established Private and well-informed family with their own Family Court system because they inner-stand the common belief system called LAW and they live a lawful private life.
