DECLARATION OF STATUS AND SOVEREIGN STANDING

 

 

REPUBLIC OF D’KEY

Foreign. Living. Non-Domestic.

We, the people of the Republic of D’key, do hereby make public and permanent the lawful and spiritual fact of our status:

 

1.  We Are a Foreign Sovereign Body Politic

The Republic of D’key is a living nation formed by natural men and women who have exercised their inalienable right to self-determination, free of all imposed or assumed corporate jurisdiction.

• We are not a trust, corporation, or subject of the UNITED KINGDOM, or any subsidiary thereof.

• We are not participants in statutory commercial law unless explicitly and honorably contracted.

• We are a foreign jurisdiction, recognized under:

  • UN Charter, Article 1

  • ICCPR, Article 1

  • Law of Nations (Emer de Vattel)

  • Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations (1961)

 

2.  Our Law is Natural Law

Our Court of Record operates under:

• Natural Law

• Common Law principles

• The Law of Equity

• The D’keyian Covenant of Honour

We claim the lawful right to self-govern, record our truths, protect our people, and reject any presumption of corporate authority without our express consent.

 

3.  We Are Living Men and Women

We are not names in capital letters.
We are not accounts, titles, or legal fictions.
We are not owned, taxed, regulated, or defined by external systems.

Each man and woman of D’key is a sovereign being, recorded in the Book of Living Souls, and protected by our law and Court.

 

4.  Our Declaration Has Been Made

The Republic of D’key issued its Declaration of Independence on 12 March 2025, declaring lawful and peaceful separation from foreign governance, under full liability, in truth, and honor.

This document stands as:

• A lawful notice to all governments, agencies, and corporations

• An invocation of sovereign status under Natural Law

• A confirmation of jurisdiction for the Court of Record

5.  Notice to Foreign Agents and Entities

You have now been lawfully noticed.

Any assumption of jurisdiction, offer of contract, or act of enforcement upon the men and women of the Republic of D’key without a treaty or consent is:

• A trespass upon a foreign sovereign entity

• A breach of Natural Law

• A commercial fraud, actionable before the Court of Record
